Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love every piece you bring home from Purple Korean Garden. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the right fit, and we want your return experience to be as soft and simple as our design ethos.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, tags, and documentation are included

  • The item is not a final sale, custom, or non-returnable product

Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if the product arrived defective. Our team will respond with detailed instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery method and keeping your receipt for reference.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive a notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued for the item value only and do not include the original shipping fee unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a defect or error, we deeply apologize. Please email us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or other resolution depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., scented diffusers)

These exceptions are always listed on the product pages, so please review item details before purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us promptly after placing your order if you wish to cancel. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery in accordance with the return policy.
